What is the diagnostic fee and is it refundable?

The $75 diagnostic fee covers our time to assess your computer and identify the problem. If you decide to proceed with the repair, that $75 is credited toward the total cost. If you choose not to repair, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.

Do you charge extra for in-home service?

No hidden travel fees. The $75 diagnostic fee covers the in-home visit. We come to you anywhere in Citrus County — Inverness, Crystal River, Citrus Springs, Lecanto, Homosassa, and surrounding areas.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

We specialize in Windows PCs — both laptops and desktops — from all major brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, Toshiba, and more. Please note we do not service Apple Mac computers.

We treat your data with the utmost care. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any repair. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for data loss that occurs during hardware repairs — backing up first is always the safest step.

Yes. We stand behind our work with a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue returns within 30 days of a completed repair, we'll come back and address it at no additional labor charge.
