By accessing our website at eztechome.com or engaging EZTechome for computer repair and technical support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services in Citrus County, Florida and surrounding areas.
2. Services Provided
EZTechome provides the following computer repair and technical support services:
- Laptop and desktop computer repair
- Virus, malware, and spyware removal
- Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting
- Computer tune-up and optimization
- Printer setup and troubleshooting
- Software installation and updates
- Email account setup
- Data migration and file transfer
Services are provided on-site at the customer's location or remotely as agreed. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments are scheduled by phone at (352) 287-2626 or by email.
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the agreed time window.
- A service call fee may apply for on-site visits, which will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All pricing will be communicated clearly before work begins. We do not charge hidden fees.
- A $75 diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. If you choose to proceed with the repair, this fee is applied toward the total repair cost.
- If you decline the repair after diagnosis, the $75 diagnostic fee is non-refundable.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but quoted prices for scheduled work will be honored.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Back up your data before any repair work begins. EZTechome is not responsible for data loss during repairs.
- Provide accurate information about your device and the issue you are experiencing.
- Ensure that you own or have legal authorization to use the device being serviced.
- Provide a safe and accessible environment for in-home service visits.
- Disclose any known hardware or software issues that may affect the repair.
6. Warranty & Guarantee
EZTechome stands behind our work. If you experience the same issue within 30 days of a completed repair, we will re-evaluate and address the problem at no additional labor charge, provided:
- The issue is the same as the original repair
- No new damage, misuse, or third-party modifications have occurred
- You contact us within the 30-day window
This warranty does not cover hardware failures unrelated to the original repair, software issues caused by user actions, or damage from power surges, drops, or liquid.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, EZTechome's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
EZTechome is not liable for:
- Loss of data, files, or software not caused by our direct negligence
- Pre-existing hardware or software conditions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EZTechome and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Privacy
